How to play games, win points and claim prizes at Play2Win arcades.
Playing games and earning points

Buy a card from our front desk. The cards cost $1 and you can buy as much credit as you like. Look out for our bonus credit offers. all profits go to our school donation scheme.
Make sure you register your name against the card in case you lose it. -
Go to a game you want to play and swipe your card. it will take off the cost of the game and you can PLAY!!

As you play games, you'll earn points. These go back on your card.*
The better you do at the game, the more points/tickets you’ll win.
*In New Plymouth you can choose for your winning points to either go back on your card, or come out of the machine as physical tickets.

You can then redeem the points on your card at the counter for PRIZES!*
Or you can then leave them on your card to build up until you have enough points for the prize you want!
*At Cloud 9 Trampoline Park in Palmerston North you can choose your own prizes from our prize machine.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cards are valid at all Play2Win arcades.
Play2Win is not responsible for any loss from stolen, lost or damaged cards.
Registered cards can be re-issued (replacement card fee applies) with old balances transferred to the new card (register your card with our team when you purchase).
All monetary values and point values expire after 5 years from last use of card.
At Play2Win arcades, you load funds (credit) onto a card in-store. You'll then use that card to play games. Credit will be taken from your card each time you play a game. You earn points by doing well when you play our games!
Five years to play
Did you know that credit on Play2Win Arcade cards lasts for five years? That’s one of the longest redemption periods of any arcade in New Zealand!
AND you can you use it in Palmy (Cloud 9 and at our main arcade on The Square), New Plymouth or Whanganui!
How to get bonus credits
As you increase the amount you upload onto your card, you receive bonus credits. So when you buy a card and load it with $10 or more, you’ll receive extra money on your card:
$10 get a $2 bonus credit ($12 loaded onto your card)
$15 get a $3 bonus credit ($18 loaded)
$20 get a $5 bonus credit ($25 loaded)
$30 get an $8 bonus credit ($38 loaded)
$50 get a $15 bonus credit ($65 loaded)
$75 get $25 bonus credit ($100 loaded)
$100 get a $40 bonus credit ($140 loaded) + become a VIP (get 10% off all games for 28 days after your purchase of a $100 credit).
Donation scheme
We love supporting our local community. The profits from the purchase of a Play2Win card goes back to local schools through our school donation scheme.
